Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to pay the full order amount right now?
No, we are only collecting 20% of your total order plus the delivery charge as a deposit. You can pay the rest when we deliver the order.

2. How do I pay for my order?
We offer many various methods of paying for your order. You can choose between using PayPal, your credit card or even through online banking (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, FPX etc.). If you are using your credit card, you can choose to use either iPay88 or PayPal to process your credit card payment. For online banking, please use iPay88. So during the checkout process, all you need to do is select the payment processor you want and just fill in the required blanks.

3. Why does PayPal deny my payment?
If this is the first time you are using your credit card on PayPal, PayPal’s policy states that they will deny your first payment. This is to protect you against fraud and it also protects you against the possibility that your credit card was stolen. If this happens, all you have to do is try again after 48 hours and your payment will go through. If waiting 48 hours is too long and you need to order immediately to get your order after 3 days, please use iPay88 (our other payment processor) or please write to us at feedback@ezybbq.com and we will work something out.

4. Where does your delivery service cover?
For the moment, we are only catering to customers in Penang (both island and mainland). For more details on specific areas within Penang, please view our delivery details that are stated on our “How to Order?” page.

5. What time do you deliver the food?
We aim to deliver your order within 11am to 7pm but please understand that on the eve of public holidays we may need to deliver your order before 3pm in order to avoid the traffic. We will always call to confirm the delivery time before we send out the order.

6. Do you provide packaging for your food?
All food items we sell are carefully packaged and sealed in food grade plastic bags and plastic boxes. And the cost for all that is already included in the price. So there are no extra charges. Take note however, that the food will be stored in foam boxes/ice boxes during transportation but those will not be given to you unless you have purchased them as part of your order. If you believe you need them, just order one of our ice boxes.

7. Do you have BBQ pits for rental?
Sorry but we currently do not offer any rentals of BBQ pits. If you do not have a BBQ pit, you can always get one of our instant BBQ pits instead. Those are disposable pits and can be used for one time only. We provide you that option just in case you do not want to buy and keep a BBQ pit yourself.

8. Where do I enter my promo code or coupon code?
Promo codes or coupon codes can be entered in the "Summary" step of the checkout process before submitting your order.
